Nate: a slicing-based refactoring tool
Participants: Ran Ettinger, Mathieu Verbaere and Oege de Moor.
Nate is an experimental refactoring tool based on a program analysis and decomposition technique known as program slicing.
It is implemented as an extension of the Eclipse refactoring tool for the Java programming language.
In addition to traditional object-oriented refactoring, the aim is to support aspect-oriented refactoring.
The project was partially funded by an eclipse innovation grant program during 2003-4.
